Family homes with plots
Palafolls is mostly detached and terraced houses, many with gardens. They are homes for families who live here all year round, and the renovation usually aims for more space, more light and lower heating costs.
The most common requests: a kitchen open to the living room, new bathrooms, better insulation and windows, and fixing the outside: walls, fences, terrace or garage.
